No News is ......

Dice-KO'd
Red Sox pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka, center, walks off the field with a trainer, left, and his interpreter as he leaves the game at the start of the fifth inning against the Seattle Mariners in their baseball game in Seattle, Tuesday, May 27, 2008

Well are you a glass half empty or glass half full kinda-off person ?  Depends on the day for me I guess.  I would say I am also a no news is good news kinda-off person as well.  So far today nothing has been reported about Dice-K's condition, other than it was really doubtful he made make his schduled turn in the rotation on monday.  Manager Terry Francona said yesterday that there would be no rush to get Dice-K back out there if he was not healthy or ready.

So where does that leave the Sox rotation, do they rush Clay Bucholtz back from his rehab assignment in Pawtucket.  All along it was thought that Bartolo Colon was a pawn or a luxury type of player that probably would not have an impact on the Sox this season.  My how things have changed with that signing, one of Theo's few bright spots when it comes to pitching.  Cheer up Red Sox Nation, we could have the Yankees rotation.........

I think that if he pitches well, Bartolo has the potential to carry this pitching staff!
